DAY 1: PHNOM PENH - ARRIVAL
Arrive in Phnom Penh and get a transfer to a local hotel.
After lunchtime, the Phnom Penh city tour begins toward the significant attractions, which represented the brilliant periods of the kingdom. You’ll visit the Royal Palace where the royal family resides and the National Museum which exhibits the Khmer art collections.

DAY 2: PHNOM PENH CITY TOUR (B)

DAY 3: PHNOM PENH - KAMPONG CHAM - KRATIE (B)

Get on a morning drive transfer to Kampong Cham – a former French-built town port. It is a peaceful and scenic drive passing through the Cambodian countryside landscape of rice fields, traditional villages, and cashew plantations. Roam around the city center, and then stop by Wat Nokor – a Buddhist shrine made of sandstone from the 11th century.
In the afternoon, enjoy your free time in Kratie town, which is located on the Mekong River banks, and is known as a picturesque little town and trading port. There are many French-colonial remnants for sightseeing. The view of the town becomes best during the sunset.

DAY 4: KRATIE CITY TOUR (B,L)

Today is all about Kratie City’s highlights. In the morning, proceed to the northern area to visit a local market filled with fresh fruits, helmets, tires of scooters, etc. The market visit lets you do shopping like the locals and mingle with their trading activities.
In the afternoon, embark on a local boat to explore the life of the rare Irrawaddy dolphins. The cruise continues sailing toward Sambo Village and stops by the Wat Sorsor Mouy Roy Pagoda. Have lunch in Sambo.
Next, experience a voyage to the picturesque Koh Trong Island to witness the Cambodian village lifestyle. The island is ideal for a bicycle ride for a glimpse of its natural beauty. DAY 6: KAMPONG THOM - SIEM REAP (B,L)

Spend morning hours exploring a temple complex of Sambor Prei Kuk, nestled in the jungle and remains almost untouched. It represents the sequins pre-Angkor lane. The complex is ideal for a bicycle ride or a walk around the ruins to admire both the ancient religious architecture and the pristine nature. There, you’ll see a perfect blend between brick structures and surrounding nature.
Have lunch near the temple complex.
After lunchtime, the drive will continue its way to Siem Reap.
Around 03:00 PM, you will arrive at Siem Reap and check in at your hotel. Be free at leisure.

DAY 7: SIEM REAP - ANGKOR WAT TOUR (B)
Start early to arrive at the magnificent Angkor Wat by sunrise and catch the majestic first light of the day. Then, return to the hotel to have breakfast. The temple tour will go on to the area of the Western Baray for a glimpse of the local village life. Next, let’s visit the Silk Farm of Angkor, which is around 15km from Siem Reap. The farm is where you can get to know about Cambodia’s silk production and silkworms’ life cycle.
Around noon, you’ll return to Siem Reap to refresh.
In the afternoon, get ready to explore one of the most beautiful temples of the Angkor complex: Ta Prohm temple, erected in the middle of the 12th century.

DAY 8: ANGKOR ARCHAEOLOGICAL PARK - TONLE SAP LAKE (B)

Come prepared for the outdoor temple tour today as you’ll visit the famous ancient capital of Angkor Thom – the last capital of the Great Khmer Empire under the reign of Jayavarman VII. The tour will go on to the Bayon Temple, which preserves the 12th-century bas-relief on the walls.
In the afternoon, you’re likely to arrive at Tonle Sap – the largest freshwater lake in Southeast Asia, in which you can enjoy an exciting boat trip to access the floating village and watch the Khmer fishermen’s life. The boat ride will proceed to the Kampong Phluk Village, plus several floating houses and attractive flooded forests for photography.
You will have the next free hours to do what you like for the rest of the day.
NOTE: During the dry season, the water levels might get low. So, the boat trip is only ideal from June to March. As an alternative, a boat trip to the Chong Kneas floating village would be organized)

DAY 9: SIEM REAP - BENG MEALEA - BANTEAY SREY (B,L)
After breakfast, enjoy a one-hour drive to Beng Mealea temple, which is nestled in the jungle. It’s like you’re exploring a hidden temple in the lost jungle during a walk. Next, continue walking toward the heart of the Angkor region, namely the gorgeous Banteay Srey temple, which was one of the best examples of classical Khmer architecture and art.
In the afternoon, there will be opportunities to see how local communities are producing rice paper. Then, you can taste palm wine and palm sugar products of the Khmer people.

DAY 10: SIEM REAP - BATTAMBANG (B,L)

Embark on a joined boat for a transfer toward Battambang. (NOTE: a road transfer will be prepared instead from January to June). The voyage on the scenic Tonle Sap Lake today lets you watch the local life activities as well as the rich ecosystem, which is well-preserved.
You’ll arrive at Battambang by afternoon. Take time exploring this lovely town, in which many French-colonial buildings remain. Meanwhile, the atmosphere is so peaceful that adds peace to your vacation mood.

DAY 11: BATTAMBANG CITY TOUR (B)

The outdoor expeditions today will take you to the Phnom Sampeau cave complex, which witnessed the tragic past, yet the scenery is very peaceful. Next, the experience will go excitingly when you experience a ride on a bamboo train (NOTE: There are reconstructed train tracks from Battambang to Phnom Penh. However, the long-term future of this bamboo train service cannot be guaranteed. If this service is not valid, other sightseeing tours will be organized instead).
Proceed to visit Wat Banan, the 11th-century temple located on the top of a mountain and surrounded by lush rice fields and lotus ponds. It owns amazing scenery.
In the afternoon, it’s time for exploring some villages around Battambang to get to know about the locals’ techniques in producing rice paper, “prahok” (the Khmer fermented fish sauce), “grolan” (glutinous rice roasted in bamboo joints), etc. The next hours might be invested in visiting the School of Music, Visual & Performing Phare Ponleu Selpak (optional). Otherwise, you might go to a handicraft weaving center.

DAY 12: BATTAMBANG - KAMPONG CHHANG - OUDONG - PHNOM PENH (B,L,D)

Take a drive transfer to Battambang to Kampong Chhnang town, in which you can learn about Cambodia’s traditional pottery. Next, the drive will go on to Oudong, which once was the former royal capital of Cambodia. In Oudong, experience a ride on a wagon pulled by oxen to roam around the city. Later, spend time climbing up to the top of the Oudong mountain for the awesome view of the city as well as the underneath valley.
